Maryland Smith has combined the class profiles for the Classes of 2018 and 2019. The Classes of 2018 and 2019 are comprised of 165 students. The average GMAT was 640, and the average undergraduate GPA was 3.26. The students were 30 years old on average with 6 years of post-university work experience. Women made up 37% of the classes and 35% are international.
Maryland Smith gives its applicants the choice of applying in one of five admissions rounds, which usually take place once a month, October through January, and in March. December is the priority deadline for scholarships for international students, while domestic students have until the January deadline to be considered a priority for scholarships.
Interview Experience
It was a relaxed interview. I had a great chat with the admisssion committee member and he addressed all my queries at length. I kept the answers to the point and wore a smile on my face. Received the admit with $40k scholarship. Some of the questions asked were:
