Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria have only two parameters the academic qualification and work experience:
Academic qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or any other equivalent qualification (candidates who are qualified CA, ICWA, etc. can also apply).
Work Experience:
Full-time work experience of 8 to 15 years as on Jan 1, 2024 (Bengaluru and Mumbai) and as on July 7, 2024(Bengaluru and Mumbai). Any candidates who have experience of fewer than 8 years and more than 15 years as on the above-mentioned dates; are not eligible to apply for this program.
ISB PGP pro Application Process
The application process for ISB PGP pro is completely online. The application form is divided into various sections and would take a few sessions to fill completely.
- Applicants need to submit scanned copies of academic and identification documents. Such as passport, mark sheets, and certificates, etc. with their application.
- Candidates also need to submit a professional evaluation written by their current managers. And most recent former manager as per the online format provided by the institute.
- Post submitting the application, shortlisted applicants need to go through an interview round.
- The decision on admissions is taken within 4 weeks of the completion of the interview process.

ISB PGP pro students also have to go through an international residency of one week; where they stay at another country in Asia. This trip is scheduled in the middle of the program. Is GMAT/GRE score required for admission to PGPPro program at ISB?
The application process consisted of 2 written essays and 2 professional recommendations.
Also, GMAT is not mandatory for the application process.
Where is the PGPPro program offered?
The PGPPro program was initially offered in Hyderabad and Delhi. From 2019, it is also being offered in Bengaluru and Mumbai.
What is the minimum number of years of work experience required for admission to the ISB PGPPro program?
Any Bachelor’s degree holder with 8 – 15 years of work experience; Including some managerial experience is suitable to apply for PGPPro.
The minimum years of experience is 8 years and maximum is 15 years.
Is part-time and freelance work considered as work experience for PGPPro?
No Part time work considered. Freelance work experience can be considered provided it is clearly substantiated as being equivalent to full-time work experience.
Who will be teaching the ISB PGPPro course?
ISB faculty teaches the course. Visiting professors from global business schools will also teach in this program.
What is the average starting salary for the ISB PGPPro program?
ISB has not released the salary details for PGPPro candidates. Also, there is no dedicated placement system as it is not a standard MBA program. But, Placements mostly happen through the ISB alumni network.

How long is the PGPPro program and what is the program structure?
Firstly, over 18 months, the curriculum covers 24 courses.
The course off with a one week residency on either of the ISB campuses in Hyderabad or Mohali.
Then the schedule changes to an alternate weekend class system with online components in the intervening weekends (Friday and/or Saturdays).
There will be one week of international residency in another country in Asia in the middle of the program.
Finally, the program will end with another week of classes on one of the ISB campuses.
What is the tuition and overall fees for the PGPPro program?
The program fee for academic year 2024-25 is ₹ 35,90,680 plus GST and includes the admission fee & tuition.
