Our refund policy is as follows:
You will receive a 50% refund if you apply to schools ranked in the FT Top 30 or US News Top 20.
You are eligible for a 100% refund when applying to all other schools.
Please note: To request a refund, we require the official rejection email or verification from the application portal. Refunds will be processed upon submission of the official rejection letter.

Note on Fees:
- The service is non-refundable but adjustable in future in lieu for any other service.
- According to the consumption assumptions given at the end of each service – the amount would be adjusted if required
- Services bought in March are non-adjustable due to accounting complexities of year end
- Services bought in one financial year will not be adjusted in next financial year.
