Master’s Union School of Business (MUSB) is a fairly new business school based in Gurgaon. It offers an intensive 16-month Post Graduate Programme in Technology and Business Management (PGP-TBM). The program is led by CXOs, MDs, eminent public leaders, and sometimes Members of Parliament and faculty members who often consult with Fortune 500 companies, intensive technology courses, and corporate courses.

Master’s Union Admission: The total number of places in the PGP-TBM program at Masters’ Union School of Business is 120. Batch Diversity: According to the 2020 Batch Profile, more than 95% of the admitted students have experience in the professional field. The 2020 PGP TBM Admission recorded that 31% of the students had an engineering degree, while the remaining 69% came from a variety of backgrounds including management, arts, commerce and law. To apply to the program, the applicant will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

Master’s Union PGP Eligibility : 3-4 years undergraduate or bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution Work experience: 2-4 years work experience is ideal, however the program is also open to new students and above. Test scores: GMAT- , GRE or CAT scores required. If these are not available, applicants must take the Masters’ Union Business Aptitude and Admission Test (MU-BAAT). In-Person Interview: After being shortlisted based on entry score, the applicant will appear for an in-person interview.

Required Documents for Master’s Union PGP : ·Recent CV, Up to 2 references from any of the following: direct manager, VC or angel investors, mentors, teachers or professors (undergraduate and above), clients or partners .

Additional Information All applicants are required to take the Masters Union Business Aptitude and Admission Test (MU-BAAT). They are also encouraged to submit their valid GMAT, GRE, CAT, or NMAT scores, if any.

Master’s Union PGP Fees : Rs.22 Lakh

Master’s Union PGP Placements: The Master’s Union School of Business has completed its placement process for the 2020-2021 academic year. According to the latest report, more than 45 recruiting companies have participated and students from all fields, such as B-consulting, finance, fintech etc., a variety of positions are offered. The highest package offered in 2021 was INR 45 LPA and the average package offered was INR 33.10 LPA. Master’s Union School of Business top recruiters in 2021 included BCG, Bain, EY, Cognizant, CISCO Microsoft etc. Startup School – Master’s Union Incubator was created solely to support startups from ideation to fundraising. Initiatives and resources include agency networks, fundraising clinics, etc.

Industry Immersed Curriculum: Industry immersive programs such as the ‘student-manged master’ Union Investment Fund and the CXO Shadow Program offer opportunities to attend the in-house start-up school and become actively involved in the Center for New Business Models.
