The PGP-BL (Post graduate program – Business Leadership) is a one-year, full-time, private program that will have as essential components, a worldwide immersion module, and placement help. The program is organized to have 5 terms of 8 to 9 weeks.
The course work will also include practical applications. Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates in any discipline with at least 50% or equivalent CGPA
- Atleast 3 years work insight after consummation of graduation (ideally under 7 years)
- A valid GMAT/GRE/CAT score
Application Process
There are 2 stages in the Application process, where stage 1 is the submission of Application form and those who are shortlisted are asked to complete the stage 2, which comprises of statement of goals and an alternative essay.
Candidates are advised to go through the programme details, eligibility criteria and instructions to fill the application form before registering online.
Make sure you have the following with you before proceeding to complete the application process
- Scanned copy of colour passport size photo not older than six months (maximum 100 KB)
- Digital signature (maximum 500 KB)
Email ID submitted at the time of registration will be used for all correspondences until enrolment is completed. Change in Email ID will NOT be permitted under any circumstances.
You need to give name and contact information of two referees who will have to fill a Recommendation form. A referee could be your mentor/supervisor from the last company you have worked for or someone from industry who is familiar with your professional achievements or a professor or teacher from a recent degree program you have completed, who knows you well. You will be solely responsible to ensure that the person you have mentioned provides the referral. Once you submit the Application form, automated emails containing the link to the Recommendation form will be sent to both the referees you have given in the form.
International Immersion
The IIMK PGP-BL educational plan configuration incorporates a committed 2-week worldwide inundation module at a head global business college. This is pointed toward giving members a

Placement
IIMK will facilitate final placements for students as part of the programme. The PGPBL follows a rolling placement system. The placement office will assist in the process.

Application Fee
An application Fee (Non-refundable) of INR 3000/- (Three Thousand Only) is payable at the time of submitting the application online.
Programme Fee Rs. 22,50,000/- (Indian Rupees Twenty-Two Lakh Fifty Thousand Only). This fee includes programme delivery, books and instruction material, in-campus hostel accommodation, and access to all in-campus facilities such as the library.
