INSEAD MBA Interview Experience 2024

My INSEAD MBA interview in Round 3 was quite challenging but also really insightful. The interview was done online through Google Meet, and lasted an hour. In interview, they asked a lot about my future plans after getting an MBA, especially because I want to start a social enterprise that can stand on its own financially. They were really interested in how the business would make money and even had me do a spontaneous pitch. It was cool that the school matched me with alumni who had similar expertise and experiences, making the whole process more helpful for my goals and background.

- Narrate your accomplishment story, emphasizing key achievements.
- Provide insights into the rationale behind each of your professional moves.
- Describe your experience working in diverse teams and the challenges and rewards it presented.
- Discuss your strengths and weaknesses, highlighting areas of personal and professional development.
These standard INSEAD MBA Interview questions were complemented by a detailed exploration of my social enterprise goals, including the financial viability aspect. The impromptu pitch requirement added an extra layer of complexity, testing my ability to articulate and sell my vision effectively. Overall, the interviews were comprehensive, touching on both the personal and professional facets of my journey, and showcased the school’s commitment to understanding my goals and how INSEAD could play a pivotal role in achieving them.
