ISB PGPpro, ISB PGPMAX and INSEAD ILPSE (INSEAD Leadership Programme for Senior Executives) programs are all aimed at providing executive business education to well-experienced professionals. Tenure:
ISB PGPpro: It is an 18-months long program with two weeks at an ISB campus, either Mohali or Hyderabad, and one week of international residency.
INSEAD ILPSIE: It is a one-year part-time program.
ISB PGPMAX: It is 15-months long with weeklong classes every six weeks at the campus.
Location:
ISB PGPPro: ISB PGPpro weekend classes are offered at Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi (NCR) and Mumbai.
INSEAD ILPSIE: INSEAD has classroom sessions across France, India, and Singapore.
ISB PGPMAX: Classes conducted once every six weeks at Hyderabad and Mohali.

Fees:
ISB PGPpro: The total cost of the program would come up to INR 30,41,000 plus tax. Traveling to campus and international immersion are additional.
INSEAD ILPSIE: INR 31,86,000 plus tax with the inclusion of tuition, academic fees, study material, and accommodation. Traveling cost would be extra.
ISB PGPMAX: The program cost is INR 37,90,000 plus tax, which includes tuition fees, academic and study material. Traveling cost during field trips and accommodation will be extra.

Career Support

INSEAD ILPSIE: Career service centre helps the candidates to fetch their dream job. Company-sponsored candidates will not be given career support.
ISB PGPMAX: No job support is provided since most of the participants will be sponsored by the employers.
Course format:
ISB PGPpro: Classes on alternate weekends and online modules in intervening weeks.
INSEAD ILPSIE: The program has classroom sessions. Additionally, INSEAD also provides pre-program tutorials and telepresence online sessions.
ISB PGPMAX: The program conducts classes in respective campuses once in evert six weeks.
Specializations offered:
ISB PGPpro: Focus on strategy and leadership with optional specializations in Finance or Marketing
INSEAD ILPSIE: It focuses on general management and covers all functional topics of business administration.
ISB PGPMAX: General Management focus based on Leadership.
Another point to be noted is that PGPMAX and PGPpro are considered as Executive MBA equivalent options (Global Executive MBA and Weekend EMBA), whereas ILPSE is not.
GMAT is not mandatory. If already taken the test before, you can submit the score for consideration.
