About NCPA Program:
Nanyang Centre for Public Administration (NCPA) at NTU is a leading institution in Asia providing public governance and administration development programmes that provides quality education and research as well as promotes good governance in the region and beyond. NCPA is proud to be the first higher learning institution in Singapore certified by China’s State Administration for Foreign Experts Affairs to conduct executive development programmes for Chinese government officials and professionals.
NCPA offers four graduate programmes, namely:
- Master of Social Sciences (China and Global Governance) (English)
- Master of Public Administration (English)
- Master of Public Administration (Chinese)
- Master of Science in Managerial Economics (Chinese)
MPA(English)
NTU MPA is one-year programme examines best practices in public administration in Asia in order to enhance the participants’ skills in decision making, governance, and policy design and implementation. It includes special lectures by former government officials and renowned academics and professionals. Participants will be equipped with the know-how to develop and implement strategic policies to meet the challenges in their countries, in turn enhancing their effectiveness as public administrators.

Admission Requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years full time work experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- TOEFL/IELTS is required for applicants if English was not the medium of instruction at tertiary level.
