The interviewer was current student of Yale SOM MBA class, it was conversational, he got more friendly towards the end after gone through his round of questioning. So be arranged likewise as I ended up a bit nervous which affected the rest of the interview.
Question asked:
1) Walk me through your resume.
2) Why do you want to join a business school at this stage?
3) Why Yale SOM
4) How will you contribute to the school?
5) Short Term & Long term goals. What is your plan B?
6) Tell me about a time you worked in a diverse environment.
7) Tell me about a time you worked in a team and how you helped them.

My interview is with an admission rep via Zoom. The questioner had completely gone through my resume and application. Felt more like a discussion than a meeting. I expected twisted questions, but it happened be an extremely clear interaction. Nothing that surprised me.

(2) Why Yale? Have you Campus?
(3) Tell me about a time when you faced an obstacle in your career.
(4) Tell me about a time when you had to convince others to follow your lead.
(5) Any questions about the program or for us?
