IESE Interview Questions, Experiences, and Preparation Tips

In general, IESE Interview Questions Spain has 1 round which lasts for 60 minutes but sometimes they invite candidates to the Assessment day in Spain or Singapore. The assessment day is a day-long process where the candidate is given 3-5 minutes to introduce him/herself and then is required to work with a team of 6-8 other applicants on a case, the solution of which is required to be presented in the end by the team formed.

After submitting my application for the October deadline (round 1), I received an invitation to interview after 2 weeks. The interview lasted for an hour. My interview was scheduled with one of the Admission team, it was quite formal. The interviewer made me feel comfortable which made the environment relaxed. Initially, we started by introducing each other. She started with a general question related to education, career and why I am applying for an MBA at IESE. Then he wanted to know how I react to different situations such as a conflict with my boss or a college/a problem in my current job.
